How to make a return?
To request a return or an exchange, contact firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject “Return or Refund” and tell us your order number and the pieces you want to return.
LAZA Clothing has the right to refuse the return of a garment if it is not in its original state.
How do I know if they have received the returned items?
Once the package has been processed, you will receive an e-mail certifying that we have received the merchandise correctly. Meanwhile, you can track using the tracking number provided by the logistics company.
Once I receive the order, how long do I have to return the items?
You have 15 days to change your mind and return the item in its original condition. The return costs will be at your expense.
Can an item be exchanged?
Item changes are only allowed in case of manufacturing defect or size change. In this case, contact our customer service at the following address: email@example.com. You can also request a return on your own and place a new order on our website.
Will I be reimbursed for shipping costs if I return an item?
Shipping costs are borne by the customer. However, we will reimburse you for these costs in the case of defective products. If this happens, please contact our customer service.
What is the term of the refund?
The refund is made within 15 days from the date of receipt of the item in our facilities, as long as the conditions specified in the return process are met.
